Terms of service.

The service

UpNextFounder provides weekly team conversations, systems telemetry, and compiled founder briefs, on the plans and prices published on our pricing page. We improve the service continuously; we will not remove a capability your plan depends on without notice.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you are authorized to invite your team members and connect your systems, and that you will use the product lawfully — including complying with the employment and privacy law that applies to your company. The product is built for honest reporting upward, not surveillance; features that would break your team’s trust are deliberately absent.

Payment

Plans bill monthly in advance and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Self-hosted licensing is agreed per contract.

Your data

Your organization’s content belongs to you. On request we export it (it is plain JSON) or delete it. Our privacy policy describes exactly what we hold.

Liability

The briefs are decision support, not decisions: your judgment, and responsibility for actions taken, remain yours. The service is provided as-is; our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
